Walt T. Oleski
President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr. Oleski joined Technology Associates in February 2003 as Senior Vice President of Business Development providing executive management, key personnel recruiting, and customer development. He was elected by the Board of Directors as President and CEO of Technology Associates in October 2005. His focus will be on expanding—into new markets and with complimentary service offerings—the company’s current base of professional service offerings, which include but are not limited to: continuity and crisis planning/management, strategic program support, systems integration and application development, GIS, telecommunications, etc.
Mr. Oleski is a Senior Executive with over 20 years of experience, which is highlighted by accomplishments in information technology (IT) services and Internet and software technology product development, and environmental consulting services.
Prior to joining Technology Associates, he served as Chairman and CEO of Go Media, Inc., a successful information technology solutions company that he founded. He also served as Executive Vice President of SECOR, an international environmental and engineering consulting company with revenues in excess of $100M where he was responsible for all aspects of marketable technologies and services. Most notably, Mr. Oleski worked side by side with Technology Associates’ founder, Dr. James Young, for over 15 years and carries his vision and philosophy forward.
Stephen P. Meyer
Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Mr. Meyer joined Technology Associates in January, 2005 to serve the day-to-day finance and administration requirements of a fast-growing technology company. Since joining Technology Associates, Mr. Meyer’s focus has been infrastructure development to support the Company’s rapid growth.
A senior executive with more than 30 years of professional experience in financial and general management, Mr. Meyer’s experience includes starting, developing, and financing technology-based companies, such as SAIC, The Titan Corporation, and REMEC. As Chief Financial Officer, he engineered over $500 million in private and public, debt and equity transactions; and as General Manager grew an Information Technology (IT) business to over $40 million in annual revenue. He also developed and managed a number of corporate internal functional areas, including CIO (at SAIC), Contracts and Human Resources (at Titan), mergers and acquisitions (Titan), and tax and retirement management (at SAIC, Titan, and REMEC).
